Refund Policy:
100% or we can move the registration to another class if requested 14 days before the class.
100% or we can move your registration if we cancel the class. Will give a 14 day notice.
No refunds or exchanges on self-paced online classes or online practice quizzes.
Students with pre approval from SCLLR must cancel 14 days before the start of the class. Failure to do so will result in the jurisdiction being billed for the entire amount for the class.
A 3% credit card fee will be deducted on all credit card refunds.
Attendance Policy:
Any student attending a live or eWISE class that is more than 15 minutes late at the beginning of class, or returning from lunch, will not receive CEU credit for any portion of the class.
Any student leaving class early will not receive CEU credit for any portion of the class.
